Will the Houston Texans have the break out season that’s been expected of it? With new incoming draft pics, can it sustain the hype built up from last season?
With the top defense a year ago, even without the services of star defensive end J.J. Watt, the Texans managed to have a phenomenal season. Team leader, Watt led the team in sacks, but an unfortunately injury, forced him to have back surgery.  The question, will Watt be able to provide the Texans with his stellar play of the past.
Here are the latest updates on the Texans second season slot receiver Will Fuller, who’s known for his flashy moves and lighting speed. Unfortunately, he suffered a broken collarbone. His recovery time could last up to eight weeks.
This could slow the Texans offense. Hopefully, receivers Deandre Hopkins, Ceaser Shorts III and new comer Marquez White will step in without missing a beat.

Deshaun Watson

The pressure is on the rookie quarterback to become the Texans future leader. Looking back, the Texans have had quarterback trouble tracing back to former Texan Matt Schaub. Schaub led the Texans to the quarter finals a year ago but struggled and made bad decisions.
From there, the Texans picked up quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who left after his contracts ended. The Texans released Fitzpatrick because it was unsure if he could lead the team to a deep playoff run.
Then came Brock Osweiler with a 72 million dollar contract and a 12 million dollar signing bonus over four years. He was future Hall of Famer, Patton Manning’s backup and did an excellent job when Payton went out with a foot injury.
The Texans had thoughts of Osweiler leading the team as he did in Denver. That never materialized.
There are high expectations on the rookie. Some see Watson as the answer if the offensive line can provide protection.
Watson led Clemson to a National Title last season. Can he lead the Texas to a Super bowl?
