Colt's head coach hopes for history

Jim Caldwell will be attempting to follow in Tony Dungy’s footsteps as the Colt’s Head Coach and win a Super Bowl. Caldwell became the head coach after Dungy retired in 2009. His affiliation with the Colts started in 2002 as the quarterbacks’ coach.
If the Colts win Super Bowl XLIV Caldwell will be the second Afro-American coach to win a Super Bowl. He has helped the Colts to their second Super Bowl appearance this decade.
