City of Houston Police Chief Troy Finner was there and welcomed all that wanted to talk to him.
Active Military Police officer Tasherika Odums of Houston and family were in attendance. ”I enjoyed seeing the respect everyone gave when first responders were announced”, Officer Odums added.
