Seastrunk leads Temple, Michael, Lipscomb, and Shepard noticed amongst top players by Rivals

Ossports shines the national spotlight on Temple Wildcats’ tailback Lache Seastrunk.
The two-sport athlete perceived to be one of the top junior running backs in the nation by Rivals100 clocked a 10.4 in the 100 Meter Dash.
Seastrunk maintains the uncanny ability of weaving, shifting, stopping, starting, precise cutting, spinning, slicing, and dicing the field while shedding tackles and chewing up yards.
Last season the talented tailback racked up 1,660 yards on 125 carries and 22 touchdowns as a sophomore while astounding defenses coordinators throughout Central Texas.
He’s a nightmare for opposing defenses, possessing cat-like quickness with speed to burn.
Once again, Coach Bryce Monsen will look to his tailback to lead the way this season.
In other action around the nation running back, Christine Michael of Beaumont Westbrook showcased his skills at the Football University Top Gun Camp in Florida. Michael grabbed top honors as the most outstanding player at the camp after wowing coaches and players. He came in and held his own against some of the top running backs in the country. He also collected a five-star rating and is currently ranked No. 23 in the nation by Rivals100. Five-star is the highest rating a player can achieve. His speed, strength and cut back ability stood out among the camp.
Rivals recognized Quarterback Russell Shepard and running back Husan Lipscomb as the best backfield in the nation. The two have combined for more than 3,100 yards and 44 touchdowns. Shepard is rated the No. 2 player in the country and a five star player by Rivals100. The fleet-footed Lipscomb is a four-star recruit according to Rivals.
