When was the last time you remembered a baseball team scoring 21
runs in a game and loss. Your right it doesn’t happen very often but this was the case
for Langham Creek. The lobos had to endure a season series
ending lost to Lamar. After an offensive
explosion that lasted for hours Langham
Creek was on the short end of a 22-21
decision in game two. The victory enabled
Lamar to sweep the Langham Creek Lobos
two games straight and advance to the
quarterfinals where they will face district
rival Bellaire for the third time this season.
Bellaire advance on a 7-6 game three
victory over Katy. Lamar won the district
title but is 1-1 against the cardinals.
Rendon was also a problem for the lobos
going 3 for 3 with three homers and 5 RBIs.
Rendon the Greater Houston Area batting
champion didn’t take long showing the
lobos that he was still on a tear.
