No.1 Buford, Georgia’s top Class 6A team, will take on Milton, the state’s Class 5A No. 1 team, in a showdown of top-ranked Georgia teams. The two teams come in nationally ranked as well. Buford No.13 and Milton No.6. It is the top game of the week, which features more than 56 players who have received college commitments, and 40 are power schools.
Eagles quarterback Luke Nickell (3,914 yards and 39 touchdowns), a Miami commit, and Florida State commit receiver C.J. Wiley will lead the offensive charge while defensive lineman Caleb Bell and cornerbacks Dylan Lewis and Ty Redmond headline the defense.
The Wolves will counter with USC’s commitment; Linebacker Jadon Perlotte is a show-stopper. Offensive lineman Brayden Jacobs will lead a talented group of players on offense. Jacobs is committed to Clemson.
No.1 Bishop Gorman will host one of Hawaii’s top teams in Kahuku. Gael’s 6’6″ five-star receiver, Derek Meadows, is a difference maker.
