Class 5A Region I, Denton Guyer vs. Southlake Carroll. Guyer took down SL Carroll 28-14 in district play.
Class 5A Region II, Longview vs. Mesquite horn. The Lobos got a hard fought victory 13-8 in game one.
Cedar Park vs. Lake Travis, the Cavaliers went down 35-21in week ten.
Playoff game to aired live on Friday night
Yes its true, a Friday night high school football playoff game will be aired live, after tickets sold out on Wednesday by both Coppell and Euless Trinity. The two met the UIL ruling-allowing the game to be shown on TV after game tickets sold out 48 hours in advance.
