Don’t look for any surprises with the new college football polls unfolding. As in the previous five seasons, Clemson and Bama will start the season atop of the polls barring any drastic changes.

Last year’s title winner surprised most fans as Clemson pulled off the upset in a hug way by defeating the Tide, 44-16. Bama started the 2018 season ranked No. 1.

If Clemson and Bama can’t get it done, look for No. 3 Ohio State and No. 4 Georgia to make some noise. Both will have a boatload of talent.

Without the services of Kyler Murray (Arizona Cardinals), Oklahoma will look to transfer quarterback Jalen Hurts to move its offense. If the defense comes alive, the No. 5 Sooners could pose a threat in the title debate.

Michigan comes in at No. 6 with Notre Dame rounding out the top ten at No.10.
