It’s that time again. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo will be back in town beginning February 25 – March 22. It is easily one of Houston’s favorite pass time’s. And as always stocked with thrilling events.

Fans can watch two different competitions, the Super Series and Super Shootout. Events range from Bareback Riding to Women’s Barrel Racing and end on a musical note each evening with one of the nation’s top entertainers.

This time of year serves as a dessert following the holidays. More than 200,000 fans are expected to surface at NRG Stadium for the month-long extravaganza.

This year’s lineup of performers will include some of the nation’s top artists. The list jumps out at you with names like Becky G, Chance the Rapper, Gwen Stefani, Kane Brown, Khalid, Lizzo, and Marshmello, to name a few. A complete list of performers can be viewed at the link below.

All concerts will follow the Livestock Show and Rodeo events daily. Times are approximate with the rodeo starting at 6:45 p.m. and entertainers taking the stage at 8:45 p.m. During the weekdays. On weekends, the Livestock Show and Rodeo will kick off at 3:45 p.m., followed by entertainers at 5:45 p.m.

For fans who would like to get an early start on pre-rodeo events, there are several to choose from. Events include the Bar-B-Que Contest, Best Bites Competition, Go Texan Day, Parade, Rodeo Roundup, Rodeo Run, Trail Rides, and the Wine Show & Auction. Scheduled dates will run from February 23 to February 29.

Don’t forget about the Livestock & Horse Show, which draws a vast amount of interest throughout Texas and nationwide. The Houston Fat Stock Show, established in 1932, features more than 34,000 Livestock and Horse Show entries.
